Change of Mind Policy: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Hilton Plumbing does not provide refunds or replacements for change-of-mind scenarios. However, in special cases where a return is accepted within 14 days of delivery, a restocking and administrative fee of 20% will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
Returns for Major Problems: Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange if the item has a significant defect that impedes its intended use. Please note, if the product has been used and fulfills its designed purpose, a return will not be feasible. Ensure compatibility and fitment before usage.
Repair for Minor Issues: For items with non-major issues, Hilton Plumbing commits to a timely repair. If we are unable to repair within a reasonable time frame, a return or exchange may be requested. The decision to repair or replace components rests solely with Hilton Plumbing.
Damaged Items in Transit: Claims for items damaged during transit must be lodged within 48hrs of receipt. Beyond this period, claims cannot be accommodated as per the terms of our carriers. If the item has been installed, a refund or return cannot be lodged.
Incorrect Item or Price: In cases where an incorrect item is shipped or an incorrect price is charged, Hilton Plumbing reserves the right to cancel the order.
Return Responsibility: The responsibility for returning an item rest’s with the customer. Hilton Plumbing is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will be processed only for items returned in a resalable condition.
Cancellation Before Dispatch: For orders cancelled before dispatch, an administrative processing fee of 10% will be applied.
